Soul Sessions integrate traditional psychological based therapies with energetic and somatic approaches to trauma informed care. With a focus on clients suffering from PTSD, anxiety, and fear-based reactions, we will work together in 4 separate sessions to first identify patterns, traumas and identities as they currently are. Next, I will guide you to feel them as they live in your body, release them through muscle and chakra work in the form of massage and reiki, and finally center the body into a new state of being. We will accomplish this by turning the story that has shaped you into empowerment. We will transform your being, together, from victim minded, to powerful, free, and sovereign.
